Your data is yours. You can delete it from Messavo in any of the ways below.

Delete your workspace yourself (fastest)
Sign in to Messavo and delete the workspace from Settings.
The workspace is scheduled for deletion right away. First every connected channel is disconnected, then after a 24-hour grace period everything is permanently erased, including conversations, contacts, products and settings.
Delete by request
If you can't sign in, or you want your account deleted along with everything else, send a request on WhatsApp or by email from our contact page. Tell us the email or workspace you signed up with so we can verify it is you.
Remove access from Facebook or Instagram
In Facebook, go to Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) and remove Messavo. After that we no longer have access to your page.
To also delete your Messavo workspace data, use one of the two methods above. When you ask us, we confirm once the deletion is done.
What gets deleted
Channel connections, conversations and messages, contacts, products and orders, flows, broadcasts, files and workspace settings.
Anything we must keep by law or for security (such as billing records) may be kept separately.
